• Each panel session consists of 3-4 thematically related oral presentations.
• Presentations must not be more than 20 minutes in length (regardless of the number of presenters).
• Session chairs will moderate a brief question and answer session at the end of the panel.
• All panellists are expected to remain through the end of the session.

Audio-Visual Capabilities

Each session room will have the following equipment available to presenters:

• Projector
• Screen
• Sound system
• Integrated PC
• Laptop inputs (HDMI and VGA)

It is recommended that presenters take advantage of the opportunity to submit/upload their presentations before the conference to ensure that sessions run as efficiently as possible.

If you plan on using a Mac computer, you must provide your own adaptor to plug into the projector system.
