Posters must be no larger than the standard A0 paper size (84.1 cm x 118.4 cm, or 33.1 in x 46.6 in) and must be configured in landscape orientation.

All poster text and graphics should be easily viewed from 1-1.5 m away.

Conference staff and resources are not available to assist with printing.

Posters must be set up before 8:00am on Sunday, July 31st, and may be taken down after the poster reception ends at 7:00pm. The Bruneau Centre will be open at 7:00 am on Sunday morning for set-up.

Participants are responsible for all materials including thumb tacks and push pins for displaying posters.

Presenters are required to attend the poster reception from 5:30-7:00pm.
