Each session room will have the following equipment available to presenters:

• Projector
• Screen
• Sound system
• Integrated PC
• Document camera
• Blu-ray or DVD/VHS player
• Laptop inputs (HDMI and VGA)

It is recommended that presenters bring materials on a USB drive that can plug into the classroom computer, but personal laptops can also be accommodated if necessary.

If you plan on using a Mac computer, you must provide your own
adaptor to plug into the projector system.
