• Individual presentations should be short (5 minutes)

• Intended to provide more opportunities for discussion

Audio-Visual Capabilities

Each session room will have the following equipment available to presenters:

• Projector screen
• Sound system
• Integrated PC
• Laptop inputs (HDMI and VGA)

It is recommended that presenters take advantage of the opportunity to submit/upload their presentations before the conference to ensure that sessions run as efficiently as possible.

If you plan on using a Mac computer, you must provide your own adaptor to plug into the projector system.
